Let HVV (the Hamburg Transport Association) help you to discover the city - simply and without stress. One ticket, one timetable - use any HVV service you like - we'll take you around Hamburg and many parts of the metropolitan region. It's been that way since 1965. That's when we became the world's very first public transport association. A plus for parents: Children under 6 years of age do not need a ticket and travel free- of- charge in the HVV network.
Our network is served by the following public transport modes - rapid transit rail (U- , S- and A- Bahn trains), regional rail (R- Bahn trains) and bus services. And as Hamburg is a port city, you can also sail around on our harbour ferries.
